Notice on the change of management in the Siapro Group

Dear Customers and business Partners,

We would like to inform you about a change in the management of our company, which became effective on October 1, 2023. Mr. Franci Jezeršek, our long-standing director and one of the main founders of Siapro, has decided to retire and has therefore resigned from the position of director.

We are pleased to introduce the new management team of Siapro Group:
Mr. Damjan Burnik and Mr. Aleš Jurman as Managing Directors of Siapro company.
Mr. Aleš Jurman as the chairman of the board of Strojrem company
Mr. Renato Pavšič as the second director of Siapro Hydro Power GmbH.

We believe that the new management will bring a fresh perspective and energy to our organization, and we are confident that under the new management Siapro Group will continue to develop and grow. We are deeply gratefull to Mr. Franci Jezeršek for his long-term commitment and outstanding contribution to the development of the Siapro Group.
